Description
The heading glows like a neon tube thanks to several stacked text shadows, and a blue light frame surrounds the announcement. Every few seconds the glow briefly flickers, with an offset between the heading and the frame: the mood of a bar, a late-night restaurant, a concert hall or an arcade. Only the opacity of a decorative halo is animated: the text itself stays crisp and fully readable, with no image or script, AA contrast. With prefers-reduced-motion the sign stays steadily lit.
