These terms of use govern access to the Forge platform and the use of its accounts. Forge is a free service: no resource is sold on it.

1. Access

Browsing the catalog and previews is open to everyone. Downloading free resources requires an account with a confirmed email address.

2. Account

You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your password confidential. Any action taken from your account is deemed to be yours. You can change your details or delete your account at any time from "My account".

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

bypass the protection of downloads or share download links;
scrape the catalog, previews or code in bulk by automated means;
resell, redistribute or publish resources beyond the rights granted by their license;
harm the operation or security of the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The resources, the Forge brand and all platform content are protected. Only the rights described in the license attached to each resource are granted to you.

5. Resources provided as is

Free resources are provided as is, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for the sites you build with them, including their legal compliance; the legal page templates must be reviewed by a professional before use.

6. Availability

Forge strives to keep the platform available at all times but may interrupt it for maintenance, or end the service after notifying users by email.

7. Suspension

In case of serious breach of these terms, including redistribution of resources, the publisher may suspend the account concerned after informing you, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise.

8. Changes

These terms may change. The applicable version is the one online when you use the platform; significant changes are notified by email.
