Description
Each card fades in, rising slightly, exactly as it reaches the screen, then stays put: the animation follows scrolling through CSS view-driven animations (animation-timeline: view()), with no JavaScript or Intersection Observer. Browsers that lack them simply show the cards. The content stays a real ordered list of headings and text. With prefers-reduced-motion everything is shown at once.
